All tarot readings, oracle readings, spiritual consultations, spell work, ritual services, and metaphysical products are provided for spiritual, religious, educational, inspirational, and entertainment purposes only.

She Is Aphro does not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction, manifestation, or result from any service or product offered.

Our services and products are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Tarot & Oracle Readings

Readings are intended to provide spiritual insight and guidance based on the circumstances present at the time of the session. They should not be considered absolute predictions of future events.

We reserve the right to decline readings involving:

  • Medical diagnoses or treatment advice

  • Pregnancy predictions

  • Legal matters

  • Criminal activity

  • Life-or-death situations

  • Gambling outcomes

  • Financial or investment advice

  • Violations of another person's privacy

All decisions made following a reading remain the client's responsibility.

Spiritual Products

Products offered may include spiritual waters, colognes, oils, bath salts, candles, ritual tools, and related metaphysical items.

These products are sold as spiritual, ritual, religious, cultural, or metaphysical goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual experiences may vary, and no specific results are guaranteed.

Safety Notice:

  • Keep products away from children and pets.

  • Perform a patch test before topical use.

  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Spell Work & Ritual Services

Spell work and ritual services are spiritual practices intended to support personal intentions and goals. Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control; therefore, no guarantees are made regarding results.

We reserve the right to refuse any request that conflicts with our ethical standards or beliefs.

Client information and spiritual requests will be kept confidential except as required by law.

Orders & Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 weeks. Processing times may increase during holidays, product launches, periods of high demand, or for custom spiritual work.

Custom orders may require additional preparation time.

Shipping Policy

Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. She Is Aphro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or international customs delays.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, customers should contact the carrier directly regarding lost or stolen package claims.

Returns & Refunds

Spiritual Services:
All sales are final for completed readings, consultations, spell work, ritual services, and other spiritual services. No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.

Physical Products:
Due to the nature of spiritual products, opened or used items generally cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photographs and order details. Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for rescheduling.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the service fee.

Custom spiritual work cannot be canceled once preparation or work has begun.

Privacy

Customer information is used only for:

  • Processing orders

  • Scheduling services

  • Customer support

  • Business communications

We do not sell or rent customer information to third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content created by She Is Aphro, including text, images, product descriptions, reading materials, and ritual instructions, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, She Is Aphro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Nothing in these policies limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
